Say something POSITIVE to yourself as soon as you wake up every morning. this will keep your energy and mind going positively throughout the day.
GET FIT. Exercise a little every day. if you don't have time to do it, just doing an easy fitness exercise at your house or even at your room!
GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Do not sacrifice sleep! as it is one of the way to rehabilitate our self. if you are too tired in doing something, try to close your eyes and lay down in bed for a while and if u're relaxed enough, it will make you sleep like a sleeping beauty!

Listen to music. Listen to your favorite piece of music and experience a happy release.
Mot importantly, learn to say NO. You cannot do everything you are asked! it will make you more stressful if there is higher burden or works puts on you. ONLY do things that is necessarily for you to do!
